The Pastoral Council provides leadership, direction, and encouragement for the apostolic and spiritual development of all parishioners.  Elections are held in June each year. 

• An advisory and consultative body to the pastor regarding the spiritual affairs and strategic planning for the welfare of the parish
• Leadership, coordination & implementing programs for all matters relating to the spiritual affairs for the church community

• The Pastoral Council consists of ten elected members and the pastor as an ex-officio member
• Members are elected after candidates are considered by the nominating committee and a general election by the parish community takes place each spring.  Elected members serve a term of three years

• Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 11am in the Commons
• Regular Pastoral Council meetings are open to parish community members

The Finance Committee are parish members appointed by the pastor, whose focus is  to facilitate the stewardship of the financial resources of the parish. 

Finance Committee meetings are held on the thirdTuesday of the month at 11am in the Conference Room.
